Medication won’t cure Insomnia, but it also won’t stop the recovery

We learn that “sleep medication” doesn’t actually create sleep, it can just help us sleep as we move the pressure from ourselves onto a pill. If you’re on medication purely for sleep, don’t feel pressured to get off the pills right away, it’s best to wean off them or simply use them as a crutch in the Journey as you hit harder times. Also always consult a doctor when you want to quit any medication.
