A “bad night” doesn’t dictate the following day
Whether you have an 8 hour night, a 2 hour night or a 0 hour night, this doesn’t predict how the following day will be. Sometimes I have slept through the night and got a solid 7 hours and felt pretty terrible, sometimes I have slept 4 hours of broken sleep and had a great day. In the journey of recovery, you learn that the night does not guarantee how the following day will be.
